Mataranka Falls (Korowan)

The water falls from a small height over tufa dams - created by calcium carbonate precipitating onto rock bars - but the river is wide and the surrounding palm trees and paperbarks make it a pleasant location.

There's a picnic area and small camping ground, but no facilities.
