Grand Canyon walk

Estimated 3-4 hours, took me 9. Not sure how far I walked (the guide only has estimated time, not distance) but I'd estimate 9-10km based on previous walks. Lots and lots and lots of steps and climbing over rocks (4.95 km of steps going down, 4.95 km of steps going up, 100 metres on flat ground!). Mainly through rainforest, with lots of moss and ferns.
