Fairy Cave

Discovered in 1907 by Frank Moon, an ex-miner who was engaged by the Government to search for caves in the area. Opened to the public in the same year. This part of the cave system is approximately 500 metres long, with a tight squeeze to get through some of the passages.

Contains a number of chambers with good photographic opportunities.

On my visit there were only a few other people so I got plenty of shots, although I'd like to have more time to be able to think about each shot a bit more, and to be able to use a tripod rather than rely on the flash.
